JOB DESCRIPTION
Applicant will work on the sales floor providing assistance directly to customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AT Modern Floors Ghana
Greet customers.
Answer customers’ questions.
Look for stock requested by customers.
Keep the stock room organized.
Pack shelves neatly.
Create attractive displays.
Elevate customer complaints to the manager.
Complete transactions, set up merchandise displays, work with other store personnel, and do inventory.
The sales assistant is also responsible for repacking shelves and ensuring that the store is clean.
SKILLS NEEDED
You must have excellent customer service skills.
Extensive experience selling comparable products.
Ability to design and create spaces that are engaging and welcoming.
Capacity to convince stubborn and indecisive clients to make purchases.
Top-notch training and mentoring skills.
Outstanding teamwork, communication, and arbitration abilities.
Excellent written skills.
Remain calm when dealing with difficult customers and elevate complaints to the manager where needed.
Friendly disposition.
Flexible work hours.
Ability to multitask.
LOCATION: Preference will be given to the following candidates
Residing within Spintex, East Legon, Tema, Weija and its surroundings
Proficient use of social media, ms office, and basic computing skills
2 years or more experience in respective positions
